Visitor Guidelines & Rules

The reservoir is a private community resource intended for all to enjoy responsibly. We kindly ask that you respect the families who live around the reservoir and follow the guidelines below.

 

No Unauthorized Motorized Vehicles

Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the lake or anywhere on CSR property without prior authorization.

Enter at Your Own Risk

• By entering Cedar Springs Reservoir (CSR) property, you assume all risk and liability for yourself, your guests, and your pets.

• CSR is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or death.

Water Activities

• All water activities are at your own risk.

• You are responsible for your own safety and actions while in or near the water.

Leave No Trace

• Take everything with you when you leave, including trash and personal items.

• No glass items are allowed.

• Please clean up after your pets, keep them within sight and under voice control, and do not leave them unattended.

• All items brought to the reservoir (including watercraft) must be removed when you leave.

• CSR is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
