Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy
Cedar Springs Reservoir is a community-based nonprofit that relies solely on the generosity of our donors to fund our programs, maintenance projects, and community protection efforts.
Because donations are immediately used to support our mission, all contributions are considered final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following situations:

If a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount was entered).

If there is evidence of unauthorized use of your payment method.
Requests for a refund in these situations must be submitted within 14 days of the original donation date

Note: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. We cannot guarantee refunds for donations processed by third-party platforms outside our control.
